BANANA PEANUT BUTTER 
MINI-ICE CREAM SANDWICH
INGREDIENTS 1 pack of ELEMENT Dark Chocolate MINI corn cakes 2 BANANAS 1 tbs. of peanut butter 
(or any other nut butter) 1 pinch coarse salt 1 tbs. of water (if needed) A few PEANUTS (for decoration 
and crunch) INSTRUCTIONS Peel and slice bananas. FREEZE for at least 2 hours. Freeze 1 pack of ELEMENT Dark Chocolate MINI corn cakes. Toss bananas in a blender for a minute. Then add peanut butter. The longer the peanut butter is mixed in, the more blended the flavor will be. If you prefer a layered flavor, add the peanut butter at last, giving it a quick spin. If mixture appears to hard, add a tablespoon of water or milk to help the BLENDING. You can also 
add a few peanuts at the end for an extra crunch. Take two frozen mini ELEMENT from the freezer and spoon ice cream in between. Keep the ice cream frozen in a sealed container if you prefer a firmer consistency.
