 ELEMENT SWEET CONGEE
INGREDIENTS 4 c. water 4 c. almond milk or coconut milk (2 cans of coconut milk will be just short of 4 c. so add enough water to equal 4 c.) ¾ c. basmati rice ¼ c. brown basmati rice 1 tsp. sea salt 1 ½ tsp. vanilla 2 T. maple syrup grade B (richer flavor) 3 bananas, peeled and sliced thin ¼ c. banana chips, crushed INSTRUCTIONS Rinse rice 3 times and drain. Add drained rice to cold water/milk, salt, vanilla and maple syrup and bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cook partially covered, for 1- 1 1/4 hrs until rice is creamy and thickened to porridge consistency, making sure to stir often 
to rice does not stick. Stir in fresh banana. Garnish with banana chips, Element Rice Cakes and a drizzle of maple syrup. Orange goes well with almond milk and the milk chocolate goes well with the coconut milk. Note: Add the rice cakes right at the end. If stirred in too early, they can get too chewy.
